Fructevia

Fructevia™ is an all natural proprietary sweetening system designed to provide low calorie sweetness to baked goods, beverages, and other applications typically sweetened by high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) or sugar. The combination of fructose, FOS (fructooligosaccharide), and highly purified Rebaudioside A (Reb A) provide a sweetness curve similar to HFCS or a blend of sugar and fructose. Participation in the Maillard reaction contributes to browning in baked goods.
